Can these be used as road wheels? Of course. Remember, these are tubeless only(hookless) rims, so don’t run 100psi in these bad boys. The recommended tire size is 28C-50C.

About 1500 miles into my Gulo experience and I’ve been shocked from the very beginning at just how good these are! In a back to back comparison with my trusty rusty ENVE SES AR’s they made the ENVE’s feel like a pool noodle. The Gulo’s are noticeably stiffer/more stable in the lateral and longitudinal planes – especially when out of the saddle climbing or under hard braking – yet somehow also the smoothest and most comfortable wheels i’ve ever ridden. They seem to magically iron out every ounce of chatter on the road. I’m running them paired with 38c tires and the wide rim creates a perfect aero profile that most can’t achieve with a gravel setup. I’m completely sold on the woven carbon spoke technology and it’s obvious they’ve put in a ton of R&D. I don’t think I could go back after having ridden these!
